NcSTAR Expert Plate Carrier Vest in Tan is built around a MOLLE 2963-series carrier and comes with two 11 in x 14 in shooter-cut Level IIIA soft ballistic panels for the front and back. The soft, flexible UHMWPE panel design helps the vest conform to the body for improved comfort and range of motion, while the MOLLE system supports attaching common tactical accessories.
