The NcSTAR 2963 Series Expert Plate Carrier Vest kit in Urban Gray is designed to carry NcSTAR soft ballistic protection and support MOLLE-mounted gear. It uses a shooter-cut front and back panel arrangement for improved mobility while maintaining a Level IIIA rating, and it includes a MOLLE-equipped cummerbund and shoulder strap system for a stable, adjustable fit.
