The NcSTAR VISM Expert Plate Carrier Vest is a modular MOLLE carrier built to let you configure gear on the front, back, and side panels while keeping a dedicated layout for ballistic protection. It features internal compartments for soft ballistic panels and a separate pocket setup for ballistic plates, with adjustable shoulder straps and an adjustable cummerbund for a secure fit. This kit includes a pair of Level IIIA shooters cut 11in x 14in ballistic panels that mount in the front and back carrier panels.
