The CZ-USA CZ 75 PCR Compact Frame pistol was developed for the Police Czech Republic group, offering a compact, comfortable feel for everyday carry. This is a good carry...
This is a good carry gun if you aren't looking for lights, optics, or something super tiny/light. It has an old-school, uncomplicated muzzle without any extra bulk. . The DA and SA trigger pulls are nice out of the box, but even better with a CGW upgrade. The grip shape and angle are comfortable. Seems to be the perfect size for me (for carry): small enough to wear, big enough to shoot comfortably. I don't know if there's any real practical difference compared to polymer, but I like the feel of the aluminum frame. Hammer guns are harder to find and these CZ's are great, especially for carry. You can hold your thumb on the hammer while holstering for extra safety. The slide stop was a little short for my thumb, but I found that it will accept an extended stop made for the P01. Functions flawlessly.

Wow. All I can say ....
Wow. All I can say . This is my favorite gun. Balanced with great argonamics. Just the right size to carry. With the 3.75 inch barrel. Lighter, I removed the rubber grips and put some cool g10 hand grips. Buds like always fast , excellent service. Highly recommended gun. Yea it doesn't have optic cut or light rail. But ask yourself are you really going to use that.

Q: Is it better than Glock?

A: This is apples to oranges. They are two totally different handguns. It all depends on what you want to use it for. Concealed carry, home defense, a safe queen, etc... they are both reliable manufacturers and can be counted on so long as you properly maintain the firearm. The CZ is all metal and is hammer fire, the glock frame is not metal and it is a striker fire pistol. There are hundreds of thousands if not millions of people that swear by each manufacturer. It just matters what you want to use it for and what your preferences are. Either way, both good pistols, I prefer CZ. It's reliable and much prettier to look at. Hope that helps!

A: The CZ75 is Europe's "Glock". The Glock is wildly popular here but the CZ is preferred by Europeans. The CZ 75's I own have been incredibly reliable but I won my first CZ75 at a steel match that I shot my Glock 35 at. The nice thing about the CZ is that it is easily and cheaply refurbished when it wears out (the first one I wore to that point had 80,000 rounds on it and needed a barrel and bushing). The Glock no.

A: It's a fine pistol that is very accurate and durable. The only drawback is that the trigger pull is "police" heavy but can easily be fixed with a 13 pound hammer spring and extended firing pin for about $30.00.
