Pew! Pew! You can't go wrong with this piece of American History! The 1911 won no one but two World Wars! Springfield Armory did an amazing job of blending modern manufacturing yet still keeping the Ronin Operator Looking like an American Classic. I have about 200 rounds through the firearm so far not one malfunction!!! This is a very smooth firing firearm! The Match Grade trigger is amazing the salt blued slide is gorgeous!!! Red Fiber Optic front sight , the change I made to this firearm is I changed the grips. This Firearm is a family Heirloom if you are thinking about purchasing this firearm you are making a great choice or if you already have it you have made a wise decision. Bud's Gun Shop had this firearm at a great price! Grab this piece of American history you will not be disappointed.

I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to share this with everyone. I bought my Ronin after doing my homework and decided that this was a gun that I would love to have. It is gorgeous and I am a 1911 fan. It arrived several days after ordering and when I got it home, I found that the gun appeared to be used right out of the box. There were scratches on the frame at the slide frame pin like it was pried off. The wood grip is scored on the surface and there was gray oil all over it. I took it to the range and put 50 break in rounds through it. It never faulted one time and shot like butter. I am very happy with my choice but disappointed that it was so dirty and scratched. I did a complete strip cleaning and lubricated it. Took it back to the range and again, shot like melted butter this time. I have bought many items from Buds and they are a great group of people. Picked this gun up at...
Picked this gun up at my ffl on Tuesday and already have 150 rounds thru it. Four different brands of ammo, both fmj and hp out of 3 different brands of magazines Not one hic-up. A: Using +P ammunition should pose no issues at all. But, if feeding it a constant diet of +P, you'll need to inspect the internals more often as +P can cause premature wear.
