As for Bud's the transaction was smooth and shipping was fast, no issues. As for the PD380 its a damn good gun, first time buying a Walther I have to say that I'm impressed so far by it's performance and reliability. It also feels good in my hands, so far realistically I've put about 60 or so rounds through it but hasn't had any issues whatsoever. It works extremely well with Hornady FTX. Seems to be a solid option if looking for a light weight hammer fired 380 for concealed carry.

The PD380 is...
The PD380 is excellent. Between my girlfriend and I, we have three and plan to get a fourth. It's difficult to find a .380 with a decent length barrel, much less one in DA/SA. This is both. It's still very compact and has the added safety of a DA first pull. I've already put over 500 rounds from several manufacturers through the pistol without a single malfunction. It seems very reliable. I thoroughly cleaned it before first shots (to prevent malfunctions since the packing grease Walther uses is pretty heavy) but didn't clean it again until I had gone through the initial 500 rounds. It got pretty dirty but, again, I experienced no malfunctions. As an added bonus, the magazines are reasonably priced as well. I picked up eight Walther-manufactured magazines for about $24 each. While the aftermarket support hasn't really taken off yet, I found a one round magazine extension that has also worked well. While not every holster manufacturer has something for the PD380 yet, there are enough that a decent amount of options exist.
