I must say, I am quite...

I must say, I am quite impressed. First and foremost, I had been having a lot of trouble with online dealers lately, and Buds Gunshop really came through with an excellent first impression. I watch the YouTuber Hickok45 and he had really been promoting them, so after being burned with those other online dealers, and I am happy I gave Buds a change. It was a very easy translation with not only finding my perfect firearm, but also getting it ordered. My FFL was a smooth and painless process that made this an even better experience. When they pulled out the Single Action, everyone in the store had to comment on just how gorgeous it looked. A few of the staff were really interested in it so I let them handle it as well. All of my life I wanted a Colt Single Action Army in 7.5" .45 colt. I will never be able to afford one actually made by Colt, so this clone is the next best thing. I looked everywhere and did my research, and watched a video by Cimarron's CEO talking about how these guns were really made; clearing up a lot of the confusion. In every way that matters, this guns is as much a Colt SAA as one made by Colt, just made by some else at a more affordable price point. I have not been able to shoot the El Malo yet, but as to the quality of the gun itself, there are no discernible imperfections that I can immediately notice on the gun. Of course I wont know for certain until I take it to the range, fire it, and do the initial first time break down and cleaning, but due to financial constraints that will likely be a few weeks or months out. From what I can see from my outward examination, the fit and finish is immaculate. No rough edges anywhere. The grip is smooth and conforms nicely to the frame of the gun; It is made of out of a walnut wood, and is perfectly crafted and fitted, and not overly polished... it accents this gun perfectly. The ejection rod chamber is nicely smoothed with no rough edges, and everything is nice and smooth. The octagonal barrel is just breathtaking on a Single Action Army. It has the four hammer clicks to spell out colt for anyone else who care about that thing, as I did. I wanted an exact Colt Single Action Army clone, and that is exactly what I got; in every single way.
