A: Hi Justin and welcome. No difference. A gun has to be submitted to the state of Cal for testing. If a model is not tested, it will not be listed as Ca compliant. Some manufacturers just don't bother with Ca anymore due to their draconian gun laws and $ spent to have it added to the CA Handgun Roster. Cheers and stay safe!
