Q: Do these allow for interchangeable grips?

A: Chris, yes, you can change the grips. It Should have a screw at the bottom of the grip and two screws on each side right below the hammer. Just remove those to remove the grip and replace. I'd recommend googling ( changing grips on uberti revolver) for a good detailed video. Hope this helps.
