X95 what a great rifle i waited for the x95 to come out before buying. The upgrades are well felt, the trigger Is amazing and all my ar's have Genesis triggers. Q: Wondering is this rifle would be NJ compliant without any additional compliance work? My concern is the Muzzle device and if it would need to be pinned?

A: NO, you need to weld and pin the muzzle brake for it to be NJ compliant. This gun only has 2 restrictive features, a threaded barrel and pistol grip. Check NJ laws HERE ( https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf ) I hope this helps

Q: I know somebody else asked this and two people responded "no" but this particular model " IWI-XFD18RS" is coming up on all sites as NJ compliant. A: Hi Alex, this is NJ compliant as is (much to the dismay of Dictator Murphy) This model features a 18.5″ barrel with a compensator (not a flash hider) that is welded on and a 10-round magazine capacity. Bud's can ship to NJ as is. Bud's should have this in the description that it is NJ compliant. I am a NJ resident and well versed in NJ gun laws.
