A: Louis, I'm pretty sure that it includes a two piece scope base but there's no information on this. Id recommend contacting howa customer service at 1-800-553-4229 or you can email them at (customerservice@legacysports.com) for a definite answer. If it doesn't include one then it is drilled and tapped to accept one and bases are pretty easy to find for this. Sorry can't give a definite answer but hope this helps some.
