Ruger, PC Carbine (Mfg. model #: 19116 w/ M-lock Handguard). New York and New Jersey state compliant. Excellent product!!! My hats off to Ruger! This carbine is a finely CNC machined, work of art ! Shot over 100 rounds of Winchester 115 gr. FMJ and 100 rounds of Winchester 124 gr. FMJ without any issues! Very, very pleased. Fit and finish is A+. !! Complete package includes: (3) different size Allen wrenches. 1/16", 9/64", 1/16". (1) Ruger (R9 R40) magazine well, installed. (1) Glock (G9 G40) magazine well, supplied. (1) Ruger Security-9, 10 round magazine ( made in USA). (1) Stock length of pull Spacer/Adapter. (1) 3" long, M-Lock, Weaver rail with sling stud and Allen wrench. (1) Ruger cable lock with (2) keys. A: Yes, this has a non threaded barrel and 10 round capacity for restricted states like NYS. So this is NYS compliant/legal. I own this model but the American flag version and phenomenal carbine rifle. Wasn't sure how much I was going to like it at first but fell in love with it. Hope this helps.
