I was in the market for a new 9mm 1911 pistol when I came across this Ruger 9mm pcc carbine. I'm not into rifles but this really caught my interest. I passed on the pistol and purchased the pcc. I mounted a LPVO scope ón it and I was off to the range. The Ruger 9mm pcc is such a joy to shoot. It's like shooting a.22 rifle on steroids. Next to .22 ammo, 9mm are the next least expensive cartage you can buy. Of all the pcc on the market, the Ruger model 19101 is probably the only one legal in NYS.

I had ordered the Ruger 9mm carbine because I liked the idea of using the same magazines and ammo as My Glock 19.It is an accurate shooter and where I live the woods are thick with limited shooting distance so the carbine fit well into my type of shooting.

I've only taken the...
I've only taken the Ruger PC Carbine to the range once, but it is so much fun to shoot! The takedown is easy (once I read the instructions) and it's very easy to swap out the magwell for the Glock adapter. The receiver was a little tricky to remove but found that once you loosen the screws, just give it a firm slack from your palm and it comes off. The rail makes it easy to add an optic and the rail under the barrel is great to put a flashlight on as well. Another great purchase from Buds!

Q: Hi I was wondering does this gun come with the glock magazine module?
Author: Aaron R.
(2) ANSWERS
A: Hi Aaron, Yes, This model ships with SR-Series Pistol and Security-9 magazine well installed, and includes an additional magazine well accepting Glock magazines. ------- NOTE: Older Glock magazines that feature only one magazine latch slot may still be used with the PC Carbine, but the magazine release button must remain on the left side of the rifle as shipped from the factory as the magazine will not properly lock into the magazine well.

A: Hi Aaron, Here's the unboxing video of the SX3 you asked about on your other question. It's only cardboard - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6MFg1l6Fg80

A: Yes Aaron, the Glock Gen# Magazines are compatible. You have to watch the pistol configuration as some older mags only have mag catch slots on one side instead of both and will not work on some ambidextrous mag releases on one side.
