Rifle was delivered as...
Rifle was delivered as described. I saw no issues with quality of finish and the bore was very clean. I still cleaned bore and checked torque on scope rings before firing. I used Norma Golden Target 143 grain for sighting in at 50 yards since they say the rifle was bore sighted. I fired first round and it hit paper low and right, fired second round and clipped first hole. Cleaned bore and fired two more rounds, they hit same area on target. I then cleaned bore again and adjusted scope and hit just a little high but center on 10 ring. Both holes were touching. I cleaned bore and fired a few more rounds at 50 yards. Rounds started hitting all around the target. I checked scope rings for tightness, when doing so I found that the scope mounting base came loose. Went home, removed scope and rings and found scope base screws slightly loose. I removed base, cleaned area underneath base, reinstalled base, applied Loctite 242 threadlocker to screws and torqued per website instructions. Reinstalled scope with rings and after getting scope level to rifle I did the same to the rings screws. I then bore sighted with my bore sighting gear and went to the range the next day. All is well now. I shot at least 75 rounds over the past year using a variety of ammo (to include reloads), the most precise round was the Hornady Precision Hunter ELDX in 143 grains. I also shot both factory Norma Whitetail 140 grn and Hornady Whitetail 129 grn. They are all extremely accurate out of this rifle. I found no other issues with this rifle, it is very comfortable to shoot and accuracy is superb. Hard to believe isn't it?
