A: Hi Nick, this rifle does not come with a left side cheek piece, but it does have a right sided palm swell.

A: Jeffrey - A left handed shooter would have the stock on the left side of their face ... therefore their face would be alongside the right side of the stock. Therefore there is no bulge to really interfere with shooting left handed.
