The receiver is drilled and tapped for mounting an optic of your choice.

Bought this half paying attention because i thought it was a 300 win mag. Was surprised to see the 300 weatherby stamp on it when i picked it up but couldnt beat the price so i kept it. This rifle shoots insanely good with weatherby factory loaded ammo and any deer inside of 300 yards is dead when the crosshairs settle on it. This is the best accidental gun purchase i have ever made. I love this thing.
