The L.E. Wilson 7mm Expanding Mandrel Sizing Die is designed for preparing new brass before seating. By expanding the neck to a consistent diameter, it helps establish reliable neck tension for more uniform seating depth and smoother first-firing readiness on otherwise damaged-in-shipment bulk new cases.
