The L.E. Wilson EXP-65MD 6.5mm expanding mandrel sizing die is built for preparing new brass for a consistent seating setup. By running new cases over the expanding mandrel, the die helps establish a uniform neck diameter and more consistent neck tension before you seat bullets.
