Average quality for Colt, not good, but could be better. Paying for the name, not the pistol. Makes a good base gun for a gunsmith, with minor improvements will do as a factory 1911. If left factory it might increase in value due to 5,000 limited pieces.

Upon receiving this colt I I inspected it and found one part internal that was not completely blued but otherwise it was flawless. The blueing on the outside was great couldn't tell it was blemish only if you field strip it. It's a great value for the condition that Colt said it was blemished. Great buy!
