Can't go wrong with Sig. It's my 4th Sig product. First 1911 from them just wish the trigger was better quality.

Beautiful 1911 to me, glad to be able to add flashlight to it since it has an accessory rail. I love that feature. Well built tight gun.

This a great 1911...
This a great 1911 build by Sig Sauer that add the features you would find on a Sig Sauer P226. An excellent choice to add to the 1911 collection. The 1911 has an already installed flat wire recoil spring/flat wire G.I rod which is common feature in Wilson Combat 1911 so this is great upgrade. Another great grab from Buds Gun Shop.

Q: What is the difference between the compliant 1911 in the non-compliant I live on the east coast I don't live in one of them dinosaur States
Author: Dean V.
(2) ANSWERS
A: Dean, for CA. compliance, the handgun must be on CA's approved list by meeting certain safety standards. California has a list of "approved" handguns. The manufacturer has to pay to get a handgun tested and approved for the list. Any changes they make to the handgun will mean that the model with those changes will not be on the list. The manufacturer would have to pay again for that model to be added. This is why there are way fewer CA 1911's today designated with **CA** in the model number than the same model number without the **CA** designation from the same manufacturer including Sig. Most but not all CA models are different. This CA model I had simply had a (LCI) loaded Chamber Indicator cutout on the barrel hood. Cheers and stay safe!

A: Dean, really no difference. The California model just means the manufacturer paid the $200 fee to get it put on Californias approved list. Other than that there's zero difference. Hope this helps.
