⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review: Kimber 2020 Shot Show Custom LW (Nightstar) First off, BudsGunShop was great as always—excellent customer service, fast shipping, and a smooth overall transaction. I had this Kimber Custom LW (Nightstar) sitting in my cart for almost two years while keeping an eye on the price and debating the purchase. Once it dropped significantly, I finally pulled the trigger, and I'm glad I did. Out of the box, this 1911 felt tight and well put together. The slide action is smooth, the finish is sharp, and the night sights are highly visible, making target acquisition in low light easy and intuitive. The frame is ergonomic and a lot lighter than I anticipated. In terms of performance, it has been 100% reliable through the first 100 rounds—zero malfunctions, smooth cycling, and solid accuracy. Despite hearing mixed reviews about Kimber 1911s, I've had no issues with this one so far. Recoil is slightly more noticeable than with my heavier 1911s, but that's to be expected from a lighter frame. Still, it's very manageable and doesn't take away from the shooting experience at all. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this pistol. It's a great-looking, well-performing, and reliable 1911, and well worth the wait and the price. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a solid lightweight 1911.

Kimber 1911 LW (Lightweight) pistol is rated to handle standard .45 ACP ammunition, including +P rounds, although it's generally recommended to stick with standard pressure ammo for everyday use due to the lighter frame and potential for increased recoil with +P rounds.
